Measurement of Success
Can we sell apartments off plan with photo-realistic images. The risks of not doing this were a protracted ROI and potential cash-flow difficulties.
The Challenge
Mood London approached D Cube with a challenge that they desperately needed to overcome. The challenge was how they were going to build up enough credibility in their design ability to start selling the apartments “off-plan” rather than waiting for another. Being new to this scale of project they lacked a portfolio of imagery & a large client base of trusting customers.
The Approach
The challenge faced when working wth Mood London was the ability to take their vision and sell it in 3D form. The key was ensuring that the unique Mood London design always shone through in the images to make the development stand out from the crowd.
The Solution
Having taken the entire brief into consideration our design team started off by creating “clay” models of the views to be created. This enbled the client to have input into the angle of the image and layout of the scene from an early stage.
